I'm sure you folks have seen your share of salmon on a plank, but heres one more. And a novice tip of mine so one can look and cook without removing the lid off webers. I just use my high power flashlight to look through a vent hole, and peep in with an eye, with 4 holes up top one can get a good view of things. I do wear glasses, so don't go searin your peepers gazing forever if you don't have eye protection.
Just salt, pepper and cedar.

Man, that looks good. Sockeye is the absolute best salmon out there. And you did it in a true Northwest fashion. Not a lot of stuff on it to smother the taste of the fish.
