Wow, that looks AMAZING. :thumb: Really nice cook; love the Santa Maria grill too. The price on that hunk o' meat was really good too...we don't get them that cheap here in Texas.

That's beautiful. Nice cook. If I ever do an outdoor kitchen I will definitely put a Santa Maria in.

Joshw 11-17-2018 05:50 PM

It looked really good, until you put it on the bun, then it looked great! Would love one of those sammies.

LYU370 11-17-2018 05:56 PM

I'd take one with or without the bun. $2.99/lb. trimmed? I'm jealous.

BillN 11-17-2018 06:04 PM

Outstanding cook and post Tom, I really really really want some of that.

Andy this one was trimmed pretty tight usually at 2.99 there is some work to do

LYU370 11-17-2018 08:55 PM

Around these parts I can only find them at RD. $3.59-$3.89/lb. untrimmed for a cryo five pack. After trimming, quite a bit, works out to about $5.30-$5-80/lb.

Nicely done.
