Really does look good. Surf and turf is hard to beat. I’ve never been able to get myself to eat a snail though. What do they taste like?

Oh whale yeah! That plate and the entire cook looks amazing. Cod I have a bite? Good thing it was just you and the wife, that would have been tough to cook for a grouper people. Overall, I would say that cook was fintastic!
