Hi everyone.
Wanted to come in here and introduce myself. Been grilling and smoking for 30 years and finally it occurred to me there might be a bbq forum.

I've won a couple competitions over the years running offsets and verticals. Tourist cuts...Butts and baby backs. In the winter I like to rotate in salmon or corned beef.

Nuff said.

Don't feel shy to ask questions. That's the best way to learn.

Ron - What a small world. I was just over that way a few minutes ago. We have another thing in common too. I take pictures like that with cardboard celebs too, whenever I see them..
