Steakburger Seasoned With Trader Joe’s Seasoning Salt and Everything but The Bagle. B&B Lump With post oak chunks. Roasted a few green Chile and let them sweat. Removed charred skin. Grilled the burgers added green chile and Swiss cheese. Bunless.

Looks delicious Adams! I love that you used the Everything But the Bagel seasoning - I’ve got to try that... but those chilies look like they make the meal!

That's one killer looking meal. Everything you post looks mighty fitting. Do you ever have a mater samich, but I guess that wouldn't be too exciting of a post. Sure looks good Adams. Thanks for the ideas/recipes.
