Santa...I have been a good boy...please?

Meadowcreek SQ36 backyard offset. With added second SS grate for 2x capacity and charcoal insert for grilling. Firebox has locking mechanism for tight closed door and slideout ashpan for easy cleanup or getting rid of ash during long burns. Probably going to have to wait until Spring though. It's going to be a LONG winter.

I would really like a Klose with the swing out Santa Maria style grill. But, I would be thrilled with my choice of any two cookers from the BBQ Grails backyard. :-D

Anything from Gator Pit of Texas. Of course I'm biased.

2nd Smokey Joe grill grate for the small UDS.

That's the type of humility we all need a little more of :clap2:. Thanks Phu. As for me a BGE XL and a WSM. I'm still working on the humility thing. Oh and a guru for each.

UPDATE:

Had to take $1000 less to closing on my new home than I initially thought. I say it opens the door for a purchase next week. STILL have to convince the Mrs. Pray for me Brethren! If I can score this before Christmas you will be the first to know. Plenty of pics too.

I'm still new to this, so I only have my first UDS that I'm working with. If Santa could see his way clear to a Maverick ET-732, I would be in heaven. Those high-powered machines ya'll are lusting after are above my current wisdom level.

I'm learning, though. And so grateful to have the brethren to which I can turn.
