Saturday Hot Wings
Started off with a 3 day marinade in "Bulgogi"

Just realized that I haven't tried those rubs you suggested when we met in Pompano never made it to the kitchen. Found them in my "man cave" in a Publix bag. Gonna use some 4 Rivers All-Purpose Rub and some Everglades Heat in a cook soon. |

Loves me some wings - that Slap Ya Mama is one of my favorites on them! Going to have to try some Fergolicious Red Hot as a kicker on my next batch. Crushed it again Marty!
BTW - love the cart! That janitor-style on wheels with storage and a garbage can is such a great idea. Gotta find one of those! |
