New 20x42 Lone Star Offset - First Cook Underway!

First meat is on! Will be adding three racks of baby backs and a pan of Rus Jones's BBQ Beans in about 3 or 4 hours.

Top rack is a 5 and a 6 lb picnic.

Bottom is a 12 lb. brisket cut in half (relax......I like to handle my burnt ends separately from my slices:razz:)

Also updated the thread with all of the existing review videos on this new 20" line from LSG. Skip to the end of the post to find the most updated list. Enjoy!

Some photo updates! Things are gettin done over here in Minnesota, y'all!

Not to be presumptuous, but....... :)

In case you're wondering, the bean recipe is from Rus Jones's awesome Smoky Ribs channel on YouTube. Second time we've made them at our house. They are AWESOME.

I've been wanting an offset forever and this might just make me pull the trigger. It looks like the pit has really good capacity for being a 20" pit. I need something to sit next to my Pitmaker and this may be it.

Nice!

We need a shot of the fire to see what it takes to run this beauty...
