Good eye! Yes, I have a Fujiwara petty. Great sausage knife. It saw a lot of action today. Nice point for popping air bubbles, made quick work of casings and string, and even great for cubing and trimming meat for the grinder.

Proud papa tonight. Had some pasta with home made sauce. Whole dinner was cooked by my son, Julian.. Start to finish. Used some if the spicy Italian we made, and some of oifmarine's guacinale. He was pretty pleased with himself. Dad's sauce is his favorite, and now he can make it.

looks similar to what me and a few buddies did about a month ago. we did roughly 30lbs of sausage in 3 different recipe's.

that is really awesome that your son likes to cook, he definitely will be a self-sufficient young man.

Thanks Paul! I was just telling the Mrs last night how excited I am to get the new offset because he 'll be able to use it. He can't hardly see into my UDS, let alone reach into it
