Turducken

Anybody have a good turducken recipe and tips out there? Was at the grocery store last night and they had turkey and duck on sale so I thought what the heck. Gonna give it a try. Thanks!

Wow! That sounds like fun!

If you do a search here on the forum for turducken you will find an amazing number of matches with lots of helpful suggestions for you.

I've never attempted one myself - but I've thought they sounded tasty and challenging to cook.

Best of luck with yours!

I've done a couple, but it's a lot of work. I used the original Paul Prudhomme recipe--a lot more complicated than many I've seen, but it's the Cadillac.
