Those look awesome Marty, full spares are my favorite as far as pork ribs are concerned.
 
Very nice. I need to branch out from the regular ‘ol bbq sauces and try something new like you’ve done so well. Thanks for the inspiration!

I made a mistake the other day.
I was seduced by a good deal and cooked loinbacks this weekend. Marinated them, based on past experience, and had to keep an eye on them so they didn't dry out. My wife asked what I did different, because they weren't as good as usual. The rest I purchased might go into the crock pot.
Whole spares, all I do is remove the membrane, rub, and cook for 4 hours before checking. Less time and fuss, better flavor.
