Two racks of spare ribs. One was rubbed with John Henry's jalapeno rub and the other with Charlie Vergo's Rendezvous. The jalapeno ribs were wrapped while the dry ribs were naked and mopped every 20-25mins with vinegar sauce. I gave the dry ribs another dusting of Rendezvous and the jalapeno ribs got a glaze of Daigle's Cajun Sweet Applewood Jalapeno bbq sauce. They both tasted great. I'm more of a dry rib guy but the Daigle's sauce is really good stuff. I've done better ribs but given my timing this was still very fun. Thanks for looking.
