Hello from Russia! <standard disclaimer on how my engish is far from perfect, sorry, sorry>
Trying to venture into the wonderful world of smoking and barbecue for about a year here and - if possible - spread it around my country because apparently not many russian folks even know anything about it (for many reasons). Have a looong way to go on that too. Built an UDS last summer and trying to master the art of cooking in it with varying results, experimenting with everything including smoker construction but i feel like i'm getting somewhere :-D
And i found out this forum - a true treasure trove of knowledge and couldn't pass on joining. Now i have a ton of info to read and process and i hope that maybe i'll bring something here too, some outside perspective perhaps or some tales or whatever.
