I didn’t want to use the same ol’ thread title but didn’t have anything particular in mind either.

Hi! I’m Rich, aka Turtle, and I’ve been BBQ’ing for years but through a strange cosmic intervention I wound up with a functional Imperial Japan Kamado, well a mushikamado. My Son has been smoking in a barrel so I thought I’d give it a try so we could compare notes! I have questions, I’m sure I’ll bung it up a few times, but it’ll sure be fun learning.
