Full Fledged Farker
A while back I made 6 good sized beer can burgers on my PBC. Sadly, they ended up with black grease on them. I assume from the fat dripping and vaporizing. Obviously not very appetizing. Anyhow, making a few tonight and would live to avoid this problem. May just cook them indirect in the kettle. Anyone know how to avoid that on the PBC? I used 80/20 ground beef. Thanks!
