Pork Shoulder Pron
At 99c a pound, Mrs. SJ brought a shoulder home. Now that I think about it, it should have been 2 or 3. Oh well.....
Mustard Coating......South Seas Tri-Tip rub overnight. UDS with *mesquite* (should have peeked at my stores and gone to the store to get some cherry, but what the heck). http://www.buyfatcat.com/pulledporkshouldera.jpg Smoked to IT of 195, foiled, wrapped and stuck in a cooler for an hour. http://www.buyfatcat.com/pulledporkshoulderb.jpg Voila! http://www.buyfatcat.com/pulledporkshoulderc.jpg |
