Ribs on the Pellet Pro
Finally got around to a rib cook. LJ apple/cherry. 1st hour at 225 then finished the rest of the cook at 300. Wife and daughter wanted to go shopping so I'll slice later. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...49cfd67f70.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...89ac675647.jpg

Adams... that Spam was extra crispy. Left it on a little too long but we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk |
PJ try the MHC. To me it has a much better flavor on ribs than the 100% Hickory.
|
My racks just came off and i actually prefer them off the pellet grill than the kettle
|
Killer stuff Paul! IMO the best ribs are off the pellet grill. I've had amazing results ever since getting the pooper.
