"Happy Phriday Pharkers,what's Smoking this Weekend?"

Happy Phryday Pholks!
Tonight is phish Phry Phryday, but thinking about maybe a Door County type Phish boil-ish dish instead, need to do some internet sleuthing today.
Tomorrow's plan is to be at Costco when the doors open and raid the meat department phor the rest of the weekend's grub.
Wings phor sure, hopefully some ribeye caps or whatever looks good.

Tonight, I do plan on whipping up a batch of stuffed mushrooms, a ribeye (yes, with 50/50 Carne Crosta & Santa Maria), and twin lobster tails...

Greg up in Chicago's got me thinking about some kettle fried chicken with a side trip to Nashville.

I've had a hankering for some Indian, and Lord knows CINCHOUSE is probably leaning in a completely different direction. We'll see how it buffs out.
