Comparing Two Smoked Pork Belly Burnt End Recipes

My wife has always LOVED my smoked pork belly with Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub so I thought it would be cool to make a video & have her blind test a recipe that also featured Meat Church's Honey Hog rub. The difference in flavor between the two recipes pleasantly surprised me.*

Nice video. I would be happy with either. Never done a pork belly, but it's definitely on the to do list.

Think of fluffy pieces of bacon dipped in something sweet & your favorite BBQ sauce. It’s worth trying!
