My pellet cooker has been neglected, usually cooking on the Weber lately and not sure the pellet will be fired up before the end of the month. I made a sheet pan chicken dinner in the smoky oven so here is my obligatory entry please use the second picture.

Please accept this as my entry to the pellet throw down.

Tri Tip, stuffed mushrooms and grilled onions cooked on the pellet grill.

Tri tip seasoned with SPG and onion salt. Smoked with mesquite pellets for 90 mins at 170 to 180F grate for 90 mins, then hotter to finish.
Stuffed mushrooms were cream cheese, garlic, and spices: cayenne pepper, Hungarian paprika, salt and pepper.

Cole slaw was not grilled, and I'm not sure how to cook french fries on a pellet, but the kids wanted them.

The first pic is my entry. The rest are just to look at. Cheers

Great to see you back, Tony! And with a last minute entry, to boot!

Great effort by all who entered! Thought we would have had a lot more entries on this one, but the quality of the entries made up for the lack of quantity!
