Advise on Beef Ribs

I picked up some beef ribs at REST. DEPOT today.

As I have never somked these before I want to ask if any of you have some pointers or advise.

Not as fatty as pork, so need to go low and slow. Taste is great if you get them done right. Good luck.

Keep your smoker temps around 200. Like Big Dog said, the key is to keep it low and slow. I do the 3-2-1 method with these also, just at a lower temp than what I cook spareribs at.

My way:
3-2-1 ish, around 220, season with your brisket rub. No Sauce.

I get the exact same ribs. You're gonna love 'em.

I coated them like I do BB`s. If they come out anything like this on my first try, you`re gonna dig`em!

treat them like a brisket. Same rubs, same technique.

and also, do a search of qtalk using advnced serch options. There are a couple good threads on beef ribs.
