Wife bought some ribeyes that were a bit on the thin side...about 3/4"...I worked it out. They did get a bit over on me...wound up somewhere in the medium plus range...still tender, juicy and flavorful. Simple sea salt and black pepper...both fresh cracked and coarse.
Whole kernel corn, cheesy Texas toast and cheesy baked tater with thin sliced salami...don't ask! Wife has a thing about salami...

Great meal Brad! Looks like that steak came out perfect!
 
That's one nice thing about a ribeye. Even if you overshoot it a little bit, they're usually still quite tender
