I've been lurking around this site for a couple of years. Decided it was time to become a member. I've only been slow cooking for about three years and consider myself a novice. I have a pellet grill, the Rec-Tec 680 for all my slow cooks, and a Weber kettle for everything else. I've been looking into getting a stick burner sometime in the next few years and think I have settled on a Shirley Patio model. I've been stashing one dollar bills and coins away in my Smoker Fund...almost a third of a way there! Hoping to continue learning from you all.
