While I like my eggs scrambled or deviled yours look good. I want to try smoking some raw eggs next time. Supposed to be great.

AH, but the ease of peeling eggs depends on the age.
Very fresh eggs are very difficult to peel.
Boil eggs and shock under cold water....
As for smoking raw eggs: I was thinking of giving it a try yesterday, but I didn't.
I have smoked eggs, but so far only after boiling them first
