Flank 360 Omaha Omaha

The play call in the huddle was a Creekstone flank steak to be marinated Korean style with honey-soy sauce-balsamic.
But since it was my first time grilling a Creekstone flank, I Omaha’d at the line of scrimmage and decided to treat it simply with salt and pepper. Grilled rare to medium rare and plated with fresh asparagus seasoned with Everything but the bagel rub and oven baked potato wedges- Touchdown dance! :whoo: |
Great play call
