Chit happens and anyone can make a mistake!
You can also make brisket hash, use it for tacos, all sort of other dishes where you would use beef. |
Overcooked crystalized beef jerky?? Toss
Over cooked crumbles? Rehydrate in any dish calling for meat or Q sauce. Excellent chili and chophouse burgers. Crumble brisket with blue & cheddar stuffed ABTS’s. Cream cheese chopped brisket stuffed portobello mushrooms. Again these work if chewable and digestible. Over cooked burnt?? Toss Not a biohazard? Donate to ditch critters |
Brisket nachos, also.

Beef Stroganoff is one of our favorite brisket dishes, overcooked or not.
