Some Bargain Grass Fed Ribeye

I found a 14lb grass fed whole boneless ribeye on sale for $4.98/lb last week. I broke it down into a decent sized prime rib roast and 8 fatass steaks... this particular roast has better marbling that I am used to seeing on grass fed beef in my area...
