Reuben for lunch
Hi guys,
With all the talk of freezer diving I'd thought I'd try my luck, I found one last package of pastrami, I know it's not a traditional reuben but it's what I had: I used the usual suspects and threw it on the panini machine and came out with this: Thanks for looking, Greg |

Traditional or not, that's one of my favorites, Greg!
Nicely done. |
There's something soul satisfying for me about Reubens, and I prefer pastrami when I indulge.
Your's is killer. :thumb: |
Oh hell yeah Greg.

Looks good to me, personally prefer a Pastrami Reuben, well done. :thumb:

Here in the penis state you can't throw a seashell without hitting a joint hawking the famous "Grouper Reuben". Finally tried one, it was good.

Great looking sammy.
The Reuben is my favorite sandwich, corned beef or pastrami. What I order first at any restaurant I haven't been to before to use as a gauge of how well they might do the rest of their menu. Always get the dressing on the side because some restaurants go overboard. |
I can almost taste the goodness .... wishful thinking ...
