Well I got the new grill and wood fired pizza oven ordered today.

Well I got the new grill and pizza oven ordered today getting ready for move into the new house in around 7 weeks or so.

Pizza Oven – I went with a wood fired Forno Venetzia

Natural Gas Grill – I went with a Weber Summit S-670

It will be some nice additions to the Deep South GC28 smoker, BGE and the little weber tailgater.

Especially looking forward to seeing the pizza oven in action...and the Weber, too.

When I talked to them they said it will hold (2) 12 inch pizzas at the same time.
So I figured that would be enough for us and still be in the overall footprint rang I wanted. More than likely Ill use it just as much for side dished and cobblers as I will pizzas.
