That is beautifully cooked pork tenderloin!

I was introduced to Dale's about 20 years ago when I first began my journey of cooking food over fire and smoke. It was recommended to me at a regional BBQ Store as the "best marinade for steaks ever".

I'll leave it at that...

I was introduced in 1994 in Lynchburg VA by some friends who put it on pork chops. Loved it then, love it now.

One of teh things i love most is a real quick soak gives huge flavor. I can't tell you how many marinades I have soaked in for hours only to reap no flavor at all.

I marinate pork tenderloins in dales sauce and coke (or some type of cola). grilled, sliced into medallions and served on King's Hawaiian rolls with a piece of bacon. I call them 'little pork sandwiches', and they are an absolute hit with everyone that's every tried them!

Sounds delicious! I think the added sweetness from Coke would be interesting.

Great looking cook on that tenderloin Mik. Nothing worse than overcooked meat
