Saturday Food Feast!

Just fired up the UDS and working on the food prep for the day. We are having a few people over to enjoy a nice winter day here in Michigan. We are going to smoke a porkloin with portobello mushroom and cracked pepper sauce, also going to throw on a fatty with a Piccante cheese with red peppers in the middle. My wife is working a making homemade noodles which will be mixed with a homemade meat sauce. She is also going to make the crab wanton recipe from this site, all of which is being finished off with a homemade Rasberry Almond cheesecake. I will be posting pron as we go on in the day:-P

Well the noodles are made and the wanton (48) is also done at this point. My wife is a mad baking machine today, she is now making cookies also! The noodles are a new wheat recipe we are trying for the first time.

Well I had to fight off the crowd and managed to get a pic or two off of the food. all of it tasted great and every one had a good time, YES the cheese cake went even faster than the main meal! Here is a pic of the fatty and pork loin.

I gotta admit, I was expecting to see cheesecake stuffed in the fatty, but it still looked really good despite this disappointment!:becky:
