My mother Gave me a cheap meat slicer. I used it today on some ham we smoked for Christmas. Needless to say- it slices like a cheap slicer! I know she got it because I've been bugging her about one that she hasn't used since the '70s. She just don't know where it is in her house full if junk. Lol

I think a lot of people will be very interested in how the new model performs. I use the ET-72 for quick smokes at home when I don't want to drag out The Stoker. Works OK, but more range would be great.

I got a new Food Network roasting pan with rack. No other food/cooking stuff. I did get some new camping gear. A new Coleman EZ up type shelter ( 10x10) and some new tarps. Kind of a quite Christmas this year, but that was fine.
Happy and safe New Year to all the Brethren and their families.

Oh, Santa (aka Thunderbolt) was soooo good to me this year:
1. Cabela's camp kitchen
2. Butterball carving gloves
3. BBQ/oven mitt
4. Basting bowl & brush
5. Tupperware cooler & a bunch of bowls, pitchers, plates, etc.
6. Cabela's Hot Pot (for heating water on a propane burner)
7. Coverall and a hat with face mask (for the Feb. competition here in mid-MO)
8. Canopy with mosquito netting and side walls

I feel like I'm forgetting something, but I am very grateful for everything!

I got a few food related things, a Waring Pro Meat Slicer, Charcuterie cookbook, 3 jalepeno corers(evidently everybody thought I should have one of these :-D), and a pasta attachment for the mixer. Also got some rubs and chips.

Bocephus - I recently bought a 15 inch CI too. Its awesome, I just can't seem to find anywhere to keep it. Especially fun to use it outdoors on the grill, you'll love it.

Yeah I was trying to figure it out. I have one cast iron skillet (like 10 inch) haning on the wall above my stove... but I could not find a stud next to it to hang the big skillet, so just hung on a different wall.
The 15 inch skillet is awesome today I browned like 2 lbs of meat in it for ravioli with no problem couldnt do that in any other skillet I own easy
