I picked up this non-working insulated stainless food warmer from a government auction website and plan on turning it into either a Stumps or Spicewine clone...not sure which I want to do. I'll gut the electrical stuff, etc...Any comments or suggestions? Has anyone made a reverse flow Stumps?

Holy Cow that should make a good smoker. If you don't mind me asking what did you have to give for something like that?

A reverse flow stumps is a Backwoods with a gravity chute. I have one and it works very well.
