Hello all, Been lurking for some time. I love this site, already picked up alot of good infomation. Started out grillen (hot and fast), then moved to BBQ (low and slow), now going to try my hand at smokin meats and treats, but got alot to learn. Built my first UDS a couple of weeks ago but can't seem to find the time to fire it up :mad:. Anyway maybe this weekend. Thanks
