View Full Version : 3 hour turkey on my Old Smokey

This is one my father in law does...I did one yesterday and it turned out great. I put about 12lbs of kingsford and was rocking about 450 when I put her on. It was a 13lb turkey rubbed with a mix of mustard and NuNu's Cajun rub from Lafayette. Added some cherry chips after an hour. Temp went down to 350 and pretty much stayed there for the duration. Pulled it at 165 in the breast
