So I've been lurking here on and off for a few years now .. Thought it was time to make a intro ..
Met a few great Brethren at the Jack this year .. Hopefully again next year .
Just a small time BBQ nut from the prairies of Canada . Been competing for 3 years now , both PNWBA and KCBS . All I can say is , " What a crazy hobby " ...
