Had some bad BBQ today at the Cure on Wheels event in Tampa. I was impressed with his big smoker & pile of oak. My pulled pork sammie had no smoke ring and was very flavorless. Some of my co-worker with me told me how much my pulled pork tasted much better. With that said I came home and fired up my Weber and my ribs are just about done. I had to have some kind of tasty BBQ after today experience
