I have been looking at a bunch of recipes. And I have seen recipes ask for Kosher salt, some ask for Sea Salt. Can someone tell me the difference between these and regular table salt?? I am sure there is, but I just don't know.

The only differences are in the texture and the density, not the taste.

Table salt may include iodine.
