Outrageous Rubs

I'm cooking 8 racks of spare ribs this weekend and want to try something different other then the rubs I have been using. Basic BBQ (Steve Raichlen) -Big Bob Gibson's Rubs- Magic Dust from Peace Love and Barbecue. All great yet kinda similar what are some outrageous rubs out there that will really stand out. Don't forget the Mop or Spray.

Here is my favorite homemade Wing/Rib Sauce


1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle Cholula hot sauce
1 tbsp or more favorite rub
malt vinegar to taste (I like alot)

Nice! If it has 1 bottle Cholula hot sauce in it, it has to be good. :-P

I have one I found in a grocery store randomly that is a raspberry, cinnamon, chipotle rub. I have never found a recipe for a similar rub but there are some others found commercially available with a google search. There are plenty of recipes for raspberry chipotle sauces. Its quite good.
