Tried some ABTs (Atomic Buffalo Turds) for the first time tonight. I was quite impressed and so was the wifey :shocked: Did them over indirect on a grill, around 400* for about 45 minutes.

I also made some bone in pork chops with some Wyldman's original rub that I got today from the current trade going on in the trading post (thanks On The Farm!) I thought about doing a separate post, but I'll throw some pics of them in here...

EDIT: Grilled at around 450* and pulled at internal temp of 165*. Grilled indirect until about 140* and then put a splash of BBQ sauce on each size and finished over direct heat. Let sit under foil for about 10 minutes before serving. Will probably do it just like this again next time.

Ha ha, Porkerhouse! Yes they were. Is it still called a steak and a fillet? the fillet was incredible!
