Why would you want to? :D

Options include a stand and wheels. This is in their backyard models section.

That's a whole lot of cabinet for one little fire box. They better hope it dosen't rain or get cold while smoking!

Wouldn't want to get it leaning either.....Just a bit top heavy?

It is a cool design, nice for catering or entertaining. With competition in mind I'd rather pay for a second fire box instead of the fancy plumbing and just have two separate rigs, one burning cherry/hickory for briskets and one burning apple/maple for butts.

That thing ain't made outta tin, unless you get gale force winds below freezing I'd wager it'll hold heat til the cows come home, and then smoke them too!

That smoker could be like a drunk, just a bit tipsy.

Needs more handles.

lol - yeah, I was thinking the very same thing. That is a lot of shelf space for one little firebox. Also, if that V shaped section is the only connection to the firebox then I cannot see how you can get both cooking chambers up to temp or good smoke convection! Not unless the bottom of both cooking chambers are also getting heat from where they meet the firebox on both sides.

The first thing that came to my mind upon seeing the picture was " cow tipping ".

It seems unstable to me.

Very! And what I first thought was just a big 'Y' bracket between them seems to have handles on each branch. Are those dampers for some sort of airflow system?
