Bought a whole farkin front quarter of a PIG and made my own Buck Board bacon... a 2 week process.. for the farkin bacon on this sammich.... OH MY GOD, It was goooooooooood!

The Onion and Tomato Sauce interpretation is a quintessentially AUSSIE thing.

I didn't use a SCRAP of farkin' GARNISH...:puke: which is just crinkly vegetation, primarily to stop Competition turn in's from sticking to the side of the styrophoam box....

Now... not to denigrate the other entries, but ONLY THIS BREKKY TUCKER, will get you through the whole farkin day!... Especially GRAND FINAL DAY, where you drink till you drop and sleep where you fall!

This beast contains; 2 1/2 pound fatty seasoned sausage patties:shock:, 2 thick cut slices of seasoned bacon:shock:, 2 slices of cheese:shock:, and 2 fresh from the coop eggs:shock:!

Regardless how you might reinterpret Throwdown Rule 5, the clear scrumptiousness of Ron_L's single entry pic rings true.

All great entries, and the vote was made even tougher as I hadn't had breakfast yet. For me it came down to a coin flip between Ron L. and ecode, and ecode eventually won out.

But I'd gladly sit down and eat all those other entries (even if Tom's frightens my heart by just looking at it).

When Jeep posted that fabulous brisket sammie, it made my mouth water and I knew this was the winner. Must say that I do like homemade bread on my sandwiches though and that flaky puffed pastry that ecode posted afterward made it a tough choice. In the end I couldn't resist those little appetizers Jeep laid out there for me.
