I tried this recipe yesterday and it was great. Today i'm cooking the rest in pot of great northern beans and i want to use some of the SF that Greg sent me. Is this a good idea and how much should use?
Depends on which SF flavor -- however, all are seasoned SALT so be gentle since you can always add but cannot take away!! :D

"Dr. Chicken" - that's a name from the past. Was that the old Yahoo group or perhaps the Smokering list?

No Jim i didn't use the injection,but the family loved it.I'll try it next time then will have something to compare it with. I have several files of recipes i have printed from this site and check them all the time.I love to try new (things) oops i better say food. You know how these guy's are,somebody would take off with that.
