Looks pretty simple, 12 volt, low draw,
and the price is nice...

The company also makes a line of PID controllers for a fraction of industry prices

Where would you find the blowers to go with it?

Yeah, looks like it connects to a blower (not included).
What's that run?

Where would you find the blowers to go with it?

Here is an example of a suitable blower I put together out of 2 different sized computer fans coupled by an adapter and a short chunk of auto exhaust pipe.

I just use it to initially stoke the fire in my all-wood UDS.

Just had time to do a site search and see that others have found this before me. Sorry for the duplicate post, but it does appear the digi key makes a blower that would work very nicely.

Going to try the PID controller first. 50 bucks for the PID that displays temperature and the Thermocouple, then 15 for a fan, and a little fab work, sounds like a project!

Yes, I have that controller and i use the Pit Viper 10 cfm with it. I got the fan from the BBQ Guru along with the adapter for my EGG. I did two butts last Sunday for 12.5 hours at 225 and once it leveled out it held temperature of the whole time. I mixed in chunks and chips with the lump so i never had to open the lid. Works great. The only down side, the directions are extremely technical, luckily I have an IT neighbor and he translated to idiot terms for me. i bought the didikey blower and it's pretty much the same blower in the Pit Viper, less the housing, which you'll have to make..
