Looks mighty tastey, Chef Jim! :clap2:

N' Orleans style po-boys are some fine eatin', but if you ever want the best roast beef or crab, try a Biloxi, Mississippi po-boy. They use a bread with a little different texture called oyster bread. My wife makes roast beef po-boys with the best french bread she can find since we don't live on the coast anymore, pressing them flat in a cast iron skillet just like they do it down there. Fantastic sandwiches, to say the least.

The bread ends up nice and hot and kind of crusty. I like roast beef and cheese with mayo, let, tom.....the kind of sandwich we'll eat at the Lord's table.:-D

I'm down that way once in a while. Been hittin' Lil' Rays in Gulfport, good oysters too. Where's your pick in the area ? Thanks, hijack off.
