Haiti needs brick grill plans

I just got this email. Can anyone help?

I have guy in Haiti that needs to build 4 commercial brick constructed, wood / charcoal grills.
Where do I find some how-to instruction and the source to the material to build it for a project like that?
Grid, elevation mechanism, fire box with a grid?

There are several web sites that detail construction of brick based BBQ pits/grills. They are smaller units and may not be considered "commercial", but an engineer may be able to adapt them. There is also info on building pits using concrete blocks and stainlwess stell fencing to cook large meats, whole hogs/goats, etc. The net is great!
