Try sprinkle brown sugar on the abt's...you will not be disapointed..

Ok I took some pic.s befor the cold ones they did not take long as them ambient temp is 100° and the index is 109°http://www.smoked-meat.com/forum/images/smilies/eat.gif

Looks good. I feel your pain with the heat :flame:Its farkin brutal out there. I definitely picked the wrong day to deal with tending chuckies and butts on my offset.
