At 6:30 last night I assumed the proper position for getting an all-night cook underway. Two BDS's had 3 butts each, and the horizontal had a leg of lamb and two more butts. Hmmmm, No picts of the briskets, I cooked 3 of them earlier. 5 boneless lamb shoulders went on about 9AM once some of the butts were foiled and hit the coolers. All together we cooked #150 pounds of muscle meats, plus sloppy Joe's, and hot dogs.

Meanwhile, some helper bees showed up and set up the backyard.

Two and a half hours later, I finally got a brisket point sammy and a beer.

We were too busy to count heads, but we opened two 100 count bags of plates today and there were 16 left, so we're claiming 184.

I figured you'd notice that....

Nice Job Wayne! It looked really hot over there.

It was 91. We're at 5300' elevation and had a 25+ mph winds all day. For a change the wind actually helped us out a little.
