My modified SNPP has given me great que over the past 8 yrs. or so. This weekend , it proved itself once again as a great grill. My girlfriend and I have a yearly party the weekend after the 4th of July. In the past, I have have usually smoked a brisket, ribs, brat, and hotdogs. This year, I decided to give myself more party time and just fix burgers, brats, and hotdogs. My modified SNPP cooked 4 dozen quarter pound burger, 30 brats, and 3 dozen hotdogs using just 2 chimney full of briquets(KF). Cooked that much meat in about 2 1/2 hours and still had plenty of heat. I love my SNPP.:whoo::cheer2:
