Brian, prolly hour to hour and a half. Rotate them on the Weber to get the bacon good and done them pull and devour. Good luck and have a safe weekend.

Thanks. I'll be putting them on shortly, to take to a dinner at a co-workers house.

Timing sounds about right. Use a foil pan for the bacon drippings. I didn't on time when doing ABT's on the kettle and the next time I cooked it was grease fire city. :tsk:

I know...it's a no-brainer to use a pan but I thought the dripping would just mix with the ashes and "go away" when I scooped them out...nope.

I used rails to hold the coals about one third of the kettle. I did think to put down make a drip pan out of foil. I used about 2/3 of a chimney of coals fully lit. I cooked 32 ABTs in 45 minutes. 6 adults at this dinner, and not an ABT was left.

there were 6 adults at this get together, and not 1 ABT left at dinner time. Thanks for the help.
